All BalconyCare subscriptions are safely processed through PayPal, giving you complete peace of mind when making payments.
- π You can subscribe with or without a PayPal account β simply pay by credit or debit card if you prefer.
- π Every transaction is covered by PayPalβs Buyer Protection, offering security and reassurance that your payments are safe.
- π Your subscription payment details are never shared with us directly β everything is handled securely by PayPal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your PayPal account under βPayments β Manage Subscriptions.β - π If you paid with a credit or debit card (without a PayPal account)
Simply contact us, and we will pause or cancel your membership on your behalf.
Cancellations & Pauses
- π Please note: Monthly Subscription Cancellations are not refundable.
- π However, you may pause your subscription at any time and restart it later.
- π You will continue to receive your full 12 months of maintenance service once your subscription has been completed, even if it is paused partway through.
Delivery
π All BalconyCare packages have priority delivery. Your service will be booked within 7 days of full payment. Please visit our coverage area for delivery calculations.
