Secure Payments with PayPal
All BalconyCare subscriptions are safely processed through PayPal, giving you complete peace of mind when making payments.
- 👉 You can subscribe with or without a PayPal account – simply pay by credit or debit card if you prefer.
- 👉 Every transaction is covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection, offering security and reassurance that your payments are safe.
- 👉 Your subscription payment details are never shared with us directly – everything is handled securely by PayPal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your PayPal account under “Payments → Manage Subscriptions.” - 👉 If you paid with a credit or debit card (without a PayPal account)
Simply contact us, and we will pause or cancel your membership on your behalf.
Cancellations & Pauses
- 👉 Please note: Monthly Subscription Cancellations are not refundable.
- 👉 However, you may pause your subscription at any time and restart it later.
- 👉 You will continue to receive your full 12 months of maintenance service once your subscription has been completed, even if it is paused partway through.
Delivery
👉 All BalconyCare packages have priority delivery. Your service will be booked within 7 days of full payment. Please visit our coverage area for delivery calculations.
